Note:

  • 03/12/2020 - 1, Provide U-factors for all windows and doors and the calculation showing the area-weighted average is .32 or lower. 2, The unvented roof needs to have an R-20 closed-cell foam minimum and sufficient batt to fill the remainder of the cavity. The floor should be the same to prevent condensation. also, the floor calls out 9 1/2" I joist with 2" foam and R-30 batt this will not fit. 3, Will exterior wall be spray or sheet insulation? Either way, provide siding manufacturers spec on attachment through the foam. 4, Show proper clearance around bathroom fixtures, as drawn it does not comply with code. 5, The windows shown on the floor plan do not match those on the elevations, revise and show size and operation also the window in the bathroom may need to be tempered. 6, There should be an egress window in the sleeping area. 7, Where roof framing is 24" oc and 7/16" sheathing is used edge protection is required or use 5/8" osb. 8, Specify 3/4" osb or 5/8"+7/16" osb as floor sheathing. 9, Call out foundation reinforcement and pier to beam connection. 10, The electrical plan is missing a lot of information and will need to be revised. 11, Zoning and Health department signatures are required before a permit can be issued.
