  • 01/06/2020 - 1) Provide GWSSA's signature. 2) Provide owner & contractor's signature. Provide owner email address. 3) If solar PV will be part of this permit provide the PV submittal. If not, a separate permit will be required when it is installed. 4) Provide the U-factor for the windows and doors, including the garage roll up doors. 5) Door H from the basement to the stairwell needs a 30" landing at the bottom of the stairs. 6) Provide a Utah Stamp or remove the stamp from the plan set. 7) If welding is to be done onsite, a special inspector is needed. Provide contact information and certifications. 8) An exhaust fan is needed in the bub/shower area of the master bath and suite 3. 9) Provide specifications on the fireplace and ensure it complies with the 2015 IECC Section R402.4.2 and is supplied with combustion air directly to the fire chamber. 10) The governing codes are the 2015 IRC and the 2015 IECC, remove references to other codes. 11) 5/8" drywall is required under the whole stair run, not just at the storage area as noted in key not 16 of A4.1. 12) Ensure the dryer in the bath/laundry room is not gas. 13) Ensure in the laundry area there is a dedicated 20 amp GFI protected receptacle circuit with the reset in a readily accessible location. 14) The bath/laundry needs a GFI protected receptacle within 36" of the sink, this cannot be on the dedicated laundry circuit. 15) Clarify note #10 on E2. Are the receptacles or outlets to be on their own circuit? 16) Provide smoke and CO detector locations on the plan, a combo unit can be used outside of the sleeping rooms.
